The Reservation Code is 0203786SA. Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date. Group rates shall apply 3 days prior to and subsequent to the event, subject to hotel availability. Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. Hotel is 16 miles from Orlando International Airport.    Mears Transportation Group provides transportation to and from the hotel for $26 round trip, and have provided SAAS members with a discount coupon. Please print the coupon and follow directions shown. Taxi service is also available at an approximate cost of $31.00 one way.
