Program/Newsletters.
Section Chairs:
Please forward this email to everyone that submitted an abstract to your
section. We can accept late abstracts if there are time slots
available in your session.
Working Group Chairs:
If you want to include your Agenda, titles, etc. in the Program, send
the information to me in a formatted Word document. I’ll need the
information before the Christmas holidays.
Everybody: Please
forward this email to any colleagues, students, industry professionals
that you feel might want to attend the conference and/or join the
society.

Section and Working Group for correctness. Notify the
Secretary-Treasurer (dwreed@tamu.edu)
of any errors. Late abstracts can be accepted if time slots are
available in the session; contact the Section Chair. A final
program will be posted and emailed in early January and hard copies will
be available at the meeting.
